Billing Policy
Effective date: 14 January 2025 — Applies to all paid ReplyHero plans.
Auto-renewal
Paid plans renew automatically each month using your saved payment method unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel anytime from dashboard billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable. If a billing error occurs or the service is materially unavailable, contact support@replyhero.co.za within 7 days for review. South African consumer protections apply where required.
Upgrades and downgrades
- Upgrades: take effect immediately with a new Paystack checkout session.
- Downgrades: scheduled for the next billing cycle; current quota remains active until renewal.
- Switches to Free: cancel paid plan at period end; paid features continue until that date.
Billing cycles & invoices
Charges are monthly in South African Rand (ZAR). Receipts are available after successful payment via Paystack. Taxes may apply and are displayed during checkout where possible.
Payment methods
Payments are processed by Paystack (and Stripe where applicable). ReplyHero does not store full card numbers. Payment processors act as independent controllers for payment data.
Delinquency and suspension
If payment fails, ReplyHero may pause reply generation until the issue is resolved. Accounts with repeated failed payments may be suspended; data is retained for a reasonable period to allow reactivation.
