Service overview

ReplyHero provides AI-generated response suggestions for customer messages. The service is provided on an “as-is” basis with no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or suitability for a specific purpose.

User responsibilities

• Keep login credentials secure and notify ReplyHero immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Review and edit all AI-generated content before sending it to customers.
• Comply with POPIA and other applicable laws when inputting customer data.
• Ensure no sensitive personal information (ID numbers, card data, passwords, medical records) is submitted.

Prohibited use

• Misuse of the service for harassment, discrimination, unlawful marketing, or fraud.
• Reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, or interfering with platform security.
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to bypass rate limits or usage caps.

AI disclaimers and liability limitations

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. ReplyHero and its providers (including OpenAI) do not accept liability for decisions made based on AI suggestions. You must review and verify all AI-generated content before use. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, ReplyHero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

Copyright and ownership

You retain ownership of the content you provide. ReplyHero owns the platform, templates, and generated suggestions subject to an assigned license for your business use. Do not remove trademarks or copyright notices.

Subscriptions, auto-renewal, and cancellation

• Paid plans renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle; current quota remains active until renewal.
• Cancellations are self-service via dashboard settings; no early termination refunds unless required by law.
• Pricing and plan limits may change; material changes will be notified in advance when possible.

Account deletion

You can delete your account and associated business data at any time from dashboard settings or the Delete Account page. Deletion removes stored business profiles, FAQs, history, and subscription records subject to necessary payment records retention required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will first be addressed through informal resolution.
