Delete your account

You can delete your ReplyHero account at any time. Deleting will remove your profile, business data, FAQs, and message history. Some payment records may be retained to satisfy legal obligations.

In-app deletion

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Danger zone, then select “Delete account and data.” We will remove stored business data and schedule account removal. You will be signed out when deletion completes.

What gets deleted

Business profiles, FAQs, services, and communication history (messages and AI suggestions).
Profile metadata and subscription records managed by ReplyHero.
Analytics identifiers if present.

What may be retained

Payment records required for financial compliance may be retained by Paystack/Stripe. We minimize retained data to what the law requires.

Support

If you cannot access your account, email support@replyhero.co.za with the email address used to register. We will verify ownership before processing deletion.
